Exercise Prescription
I specialize in identifying hidden imbalances and the root cause behind each individual's physical challenges. After thorough evaluation - a full assessment to determine the issue we will address it through precise, personalized exercise prescriptions, we don’t just manage symptoms — we target and correct the underlying issues. These tailored exercises play a vital role in recovery and are key to restoring balance, improving function, and enhancing overall health and well-being
Pain management
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing. I carefully select the techniques that best suit each person’s unique condition and needs. In addition to tailored exercise programs that promote recovery, I integrate hands-on methods like joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and myofascial manipulation to restore movement and reduce pain. Depending on what’s most effective for the individual, I may also incorporate dry needling for muscular dysfunction and chronic pain, or cupping therapy to relieve tension and enhance circulation. Every treatment plan is designed with precision to target the root cause and support lasting healing.

As a physiotherapist, I believe that care should be personal, supportive, and all about you. Everyone’s body and journey are different, so I take the time to really understand your needs, goals, and lifestyle. My focus is on helping you feel empowered — not just treated — by making sure you’re part of the process every step of the way.
Unless there’s a real reason to stop, I won’t tell you to rest and do nothing. Whether it’s playing your favorite sport or just keeping up with everyday life, I’ll help you find safe, effective ways to stay active while you heal. I don’t believe in hitting pause on life — I believe in working with your body so you can keep moving forward and doing that things you want to do in a safe way.
